Audio volume

Every single car I ever owned had a volume control where you could make the audio level something that I would describe as "barely audible" or "whisper quiet". In my car, however, the lowest volume is mute and the next step up is too loud. This goes for all the audio sources (FM, SAT, iPod, etc). Did anyone ever notice anything like that on their CGT?

Not in a car due toneeding to overcome the usual background road noise plus i tend to like myvolume at realistic levels (on acoustic music). Not sure what the amplifierinputs are, probably RCA i'm guessing, so you could have someone install an attenuatorthat would universally lower the volume level output. The only drawback per seit that it would also reduce the highest output level too.
