CGT V8 at dealers

Just dropped off car for a check and spotted the V8 ready for delivery. I like the new black grill just like the new GT speed. V8 also had a red B on bonnet differing it from the W12.

I asked the service rep what he thought of the V8 vs W12 in terms of performance. His comments were acceleration are
the same when the V8 turbos are kicking in but once at mid to high the W12 shows its true identity. Bigger is better in this case but I'm sure the the V8 will still sell well for those seeking a B car.

Red B on center caps of wheels and boot release button, too. Also, figure-8 exhaust tips. Nice touches, IMO.

Picked up my car and went to check out the V8 again and saw all the nice red touches.

However, I was shocked to see a dimple in the bonnet which passed QC at the factory. You could see the size of a hole punch dimple in the bonnet where something (water drop maybe) had effected the paint during curing. I feel sorry for the buyer paying such top dollar to have a defect on the bonnet.
