For the 05 Bentley GT. Just noticed that when i am decelerating and turning the steering stiffens up. It does not stiffen up at low speeds but it does when i decelerate. Is this normal?

Yes, these are 'fly by wire' systems and so Bentley (rightly imho) feels that instead of that vintage manual steering that is extremely hard during slow turns, they programmed the fly by wire system to give more 'boost' to the power steering system at slow speeds to make turning the steering wheel easier.
