Brake squeal?

My brakes started squealing about 2 weeks ago. It starts after I drive the car for about 30 min in stop & go traffic (i.e. after the brakes heat up). It appears to come from rear wheels, but I may be wrong. Its a faint squeal that happens at speeds under 30 mph when light pressure is applied to the pedal. What's worse, sometimes squealing continues even after I fully release the brake pedal and start coasting to a stop.

I really hate the sound and it ruins my driving experience. The car sounds like a junker. I sent the car to the dealership, but they dicked around with it for 4 days and then said "it's normal". Then they said they could not replicate the part where squealing continues even after pedal is released. I say bull$hit...none of this is "normal". I got the car in February and brakes were dead quiet up until 2 weeks ago. All of the sudden it's "normal"? Supposedly the dealership is getting an official statement from Bentley UK which will say that it is normal for carbon ceramic brakes to squeal.

NOTE: I checked the pad thickness on all 4 wheels and there is plenty of material left. Rotor surface is smooth and has no visible damage (grooves, etc).

Anyone experienced a similar issue on their Supersports or GT Speed equipped with carbon ceramic brakes?
