I could understand that if the wear was all around the tyre but it is only in very defined segments. Not ruling it out though, but it looks like there have been quite a few problems with this kind of tyre and doesn't look to be isolated. It has gone back to Pirelli for analysis, I'll let you know what they say.

This car has full Bentley history and was only serviced 3k before the failure. Surely they would have checked the suspension?

BTW thanks Billy for replying.

The car is due to go for a suspension check and 4wheel alignment as a precaution.

I agree because I need those too, mines have wore that way with Michelin, Goodyear, Dunlop, yokohama, Pirelli. however now I need a wheel bearing.
