Carbon Fiber Dash - how does it look?

My dealer contacted me to let me know he had a 2013 GT Speed available, but it has a carbon fiber dash. As far as I can tell from photos, it is a matte finish. Does anyone have good photos of a factory CF dash or has anyone seen one in person? Any insight would be appreciated.

I have seen a GT Speed and it did have CF inserts where mine has wood. I do not recall if they were gloss or flat but I do remember the salesman commenting on all the cool CF and how good it looked. At the very same time I was thinking how much I disliked it. It's all in the eye of the individual.

I see carbon fiber as functional weight savings and not cosmetic enhancement. In the Ferrari and Lambo's CF fits the ideology but for me Bentley looks better with high gloss wood.

Here are the two they have available - CF car is metallic black, standard gloss dash is non-metallic black. I think I'm leaning toward the gloss black dash, but the difference in price between the two cars is $10K, favoring the CF car.

AE86_SF is on a distinguished road
The carbon finish is matt. All Bentley Continental Series interior carbon is finished in the dry / matt finish. I have seen some people remove all carbon & have it clear coated which gives a nice gloss finish.
Laborious & not inexpensive. It does look nice when done though although remember that the infotainment / clock surround can offer a glare on a sunny day because of the curved top.

Both are beautiful but I think the red stitching is an acquired taste.

I have a CF dash and I love it. Before I actually started driving the car, I wished the CF finish was glossy, but then I realized that matte finish is actually more practical because you will never see tiny hairline scratches, smudges and specs of dust that every piano black finish would have. Two of my previous cars had piano black wood cabin trims and it was a constant pain to keep it looking good.

Another practical side of CF trim is that on bright sunny days you will not have a lot of reflections coming off of it. Finally, matte CF gives the cabin a subdued look that you never get tired of. I'll definitely look for a CF interior in my next CGT.
