Bentley Radio issue

Hello,

I am having a weird issue on my 2014 v8 bentley GT. The issue is that the radio frequency drops down by 1 on all saved presets. For example my preset is set as 100.9 after a while the car changes it 100.8 without touching anything. The issue started 2 days ago only. I think its starting with my usb as well in which it changes to the next song but im not sure it if its from my usb or the same as the radio.

Hope you guys could help me out.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Muhairi,

Weird problem. Not sure how to (and if it can be done) hard reset the new radios. Since it is a 2014 the dealer should help you straight away without cost. Have you called the service dept?
