Yokohama S-Drive tire noise

I bought a set of mulliner 20" OEM wheels. They came with Yokohama S-Drive tires (90% tread remaining). The tires I replaced were FALKEN 19". The car has been stored all winter but, I have now driven it about 35 miles. The weather here is quite cold 42F but the YOKO tires seem VERY noisy. At first I thought it was the heater fan or a window open, but even with the fan off and the windows closed, the noise is quite loud. My alignment is correct and suspensions is fine. Anyone else have this experience?

Not sure if it is related but I also noticed more noise when I switched from my winter tires to Pzero.

Winter: 19"
Summer: 20"

I notice more noise of debris being spit up against the wheel arch.
