Front Brake screetching sound

Hi all, im having this problem since 6 months ago and i cant find a solution for it. I have sprayed brake cleaner and it only solved the problem for few days. Mechanic has serviced the braking system for me and the sound dissapear for 1 month but came back again and it's getting louder.

Another mechanic asks me to replace the brake disc and pads which will solve the prob but i have doubt as i have read feedbacks saying that it will come back after few months.

Any solution for this problem? Or perhaps changing to another braking system such as brembo will solve the prob? Thanks alot..

Changing the rotor/pads should solve it. Brakes can squeal from time to time, especially when not properly bedded in. The GT never had that problem and the GTC briefly had the problem when first delivered here until I bedded in the brakes. Normal stuff really and there is usually nothing to be alarmed with. It can happen to any car.

Did your mechanic put Copperslip type grease on the backs of the pads where they contact the pistons. That usually cures this type of squeeling sound.
I always use it and have never had a problem.

change the seals in the calliper, some cars experience the piston sticking on the return stroke.
