i am hoping somebody has this user guide, so my proposal below wont be needed to consider but... if we wont find anyone and if there are ppl who want to have EN version PDF with user guide,
i have an option:

1. i can volunteer and do the scan of the book and share with all the pdf / just need the source to scan - smb would need to send me the EN book - and of course will send back the original book to the owner after the operation
2. maybe there are FR-speaking guys who want FR version, so I can exchange to mine (I have car from switzerland) - mine looks like brand new, never opened
3. if we can build our relationship on trust, I can gather some $ from you (this will be fully transparent so anyone can put here info with nick and amount shared and i will confirm) to buy EN version on ebay, then will scan it and share PDF with the community who donated

i know I am new here and no reputation, but if any has concerns about the options... what is the risk...

what do you think?

Just bought a 2004 Conti GT, it did come with an owners handbook......just not the right one!

Thanks for replying so quickly. But I'm not seeing any links in post 180 and the attachment in post 186 is the service handbook (which is one of the few things I do have!) not the owners handbook. Or am I being dumb (definitely possible!)

Ive tried to find, even lost some money for digital-version of the user guide.

Ive even asked one of the forum members to scan (do photos) but no success so far.



Some of the stuff there was quite counter-intuitive so manual is a must.

I had to experiment, no other option to learn, and now know much more, but if this is all??? - I dont know.???

Many silly questions were answered by great people (Thank You Guys!) on this forum, so search for my posts

If you have specific questions, make a topic "gt owners handbook" and will try to answer in one place.


ps. I have french version (my car is swiss, so french was there more interesting ) - if anyone is interested in swap - pls send me a priv msg. I dont know french, so this manual is of no use for me.

Thank you for posting again, BUT, just to clear something up, and stop the constant questioning in your thread as to the availability of the "Owner's Manual", your first link is the "Service Handbook", not the owners manual, or as you called it, the "User Manual"... Unless, below is the case.

So, if you and others could clear up the confusion, is the Service Handbook as it's called by Bentley, really the owners manual as some would call it, and all the other aspects of the vehicle are covered in separate individual manuals to cover things like navigation, infotainment system etc etc. ?

The issue is that this is the same Service Handbook that I have posted many times, and basically I still get asked where is the "Owner's Manual".

@Johnny Hotspur GT - what some people are asking for (including me) is the thick book in leather cover with informations what buttons are for in the car, how to do rear mirror tilting procedure for reverse drive, how to fold mirrors etc
