I finally got the model number off my bentley gt coupe seat and the model number is 3W0 959 760A

I want to know what is the different between the last A,B, C, D , E. I can see online there are some B series for sale, also can I use Pheaton 3d0 959 760B for seat module

I think you will find that the last letter denotes the year of manufacture.
I noticed the same thing when I replaced the electric vacuum pump on my GT with one from an Audi A8. The Audi was 6 years newer and had a letter 'J', whereas my old one was an 'A'. The rest of the part number was identical, as was the electrical connector block.

How do you know its the seat control module and not the switch module (3W7959765A)?

I would check wiring to ensure there are no breaks and may be take out switch module to check connectivity.
