05 bentley continental gt sensors

Just picked up a CGT... got 2 warning lights on , need a little help PLEASE... 1st one I read about getting a code reader V Checker V102 to reset TMPS light... 2nd light has a P with a slash going across... what's that and how do I fix it, I think it looks like parking brake or something. .. check my electric parking brake and it work fine and release fine???
Thanks Mike

both are common, with the tpms meaning you'll need new sensors in the tires and/or brain for it. The parking brake is probably the rear right e-brake sensor bit, which as I recall is only a few hundred to fix.

Ok. Thanks. .. As I was reading through the stuff. I thought the TPMS can be bypassed with the V102 ... as I do not need the sensor telling me tire pessure.

Yes, there are threads here where you can bypass the TMPS system if you feel you don't need it. As I recall, it also involves removing a fuse, so seems easy The threads here on 6Speed have all the info so use the search function.

Looking at the difference between the 102 and 202(which is listed in the guide for resetting TPMS) the 102 is "without can-bus" which im assuming doesnt allow you to change coding.

My guess is you will need the 202 or some other device?
