I am looking for a recommendation on a shop that can service my '04 Bentley in Northern Virginia. Any suggestions?

Depends on what you want done. If you want oil change and spark plugs - simple stuff like that in comparison to what others have done try Volkswagen dealership anywhere. My Porsche mechanic does / did my oil change and spark plugs very carefully and took all time he needed.

The correct answer, for my area, is actually the Great Falls Exxon. They work on a number of Bentleys and are beyond reasonable and reliable. If they run into a problem they can't solve, they know all the specialists in the area. After 6+ months I have come to realize that I would be in trouble without these guys.

 

Only 6 months and problems? What needed mending?
