There is no "fix", or repair, it is a replacement of the affected glass.

Don't have this problem yet, but wondering if anyone has tried a hot air gun.

Looks like the epoxy used to laminate the 2 layers of glass may be failing and sometimes can be heated enough to melt a bit and rebond.

NO. Too much other crap wrong with that car so I'm not worried about it now. Electrical, front end, chrome door handle trim falling off, trunk motor broken, etc... .
