Sirius radio issue!

On my 2007 GTC I just bought, I tried to setup the sirius radio. I hit the SR button and an error comes up with NO subscriptions, it then has my ESN# and the number to call for sirius radio customer service. So I did call them and got a subscription, they sent multiple refresh signals to the radio, I keep getting the same error message like as if it is not set up. They kept wanting me to tune to a certain channel but in the background the only thing it says as far as channels is "000ESN" . And says "no subs" when I try to tune the channel. Therefore nothing happens when I use the seek **** to tune to a different channel. It just says that "000ESN" and then The error message that I spoke of in the beggining will sporadically come on. Any idea what is going on?
Sirius said everything is all set and working on their end. Is this an antenna issue most likely? I know they had problems with them.

Nope still the same thing !! I hate it. Probably going to bring it to a Sirius retailer to fix it
