Sorry to have mixed Jim's battery replace thread with the steering wheel heater thread. I will not post further about batteries on this thread after this. Perhaps Jim's 2010 is different from my 2006 which had the original batteries until a few months ago. I don't know if mine had the fuse box issue but I do know it was a very heavy battery to lift out of the well. It seemed enormous compared to most batteries.

Hi Sazam - I don't think steering wheel heating was avail on the 2005 Continental (mine doesn't have it). If you do it'll be a button on the side of the wheel support. There's one to turn the steering wheel illumination on/off, and if you have a heated steering wheel there'd be a similar button on the other side.

My 2007 has the heated steering wheel, which was an added cost option at that time:

4-Spoke, Single Tone, Heated, Hide Trimmed Steering Wheel (LRA 2ZW)

Mine is LHD and the small round button is located on the right side of the steering wheel. Quite a weird placement, feels like an after-thought.

When I press it, the display tells me that the steering wheel is being heated, but unfortunately right then and there I get a fault code and it never heats up. I've yet to figure out how I can troubleshoot this. It feels like there should be a fuse for this, as everything being heated requires some power, but I've yet to see a fuse list for my year, only the 2005 that Johnny has been kind enough to upload to us.

Edit: sazam, check the previous posts on this forum regarding a detailed VIN specification of your Bentley. Everybody on here who has e-mailed Bentley has received a PDF e-mailed back to them with detailed information about the original specifications of their car.
