For those who have driven or owned both, why'd you choose the Speed over the V8s or vise-versa?? Pros and cons of both?? Having a hard time narrowing down which trim for myself. Have driven the Speed already, but my local dealer doesn't have a 14-15' V8s for me to drive and compare.
I keep hearing the V8s performance and sounds better, but that's hard to believe when the Speed has almost 100 more horsepower and torque? Thanks in advance!!

 

Here are some figures for you.

V8S 521BHP. 0-60 4.7secs. 187MPH.
Speed 626BHP. 0-60 4.0secs. 206MPH.

The V8 is reportedly better on fuel.
I would imagine that the V8 would need the sports exhaust option to sound better.
