Hi all,

My Keyless on my 04 never worked since I bought the car few years ago. I've done some research on the VW forum and many users reported a possible cause could be faulty resistors/mosfet on the Kessy unit.

I was sure it was the Kessy fault and got the parts to repair it until few months ago, my keyless randomly worked when I pulled the handle.

I was so shocked and tested it few time to make sure it actually worked.

Sadly, after I restarted my car, it stopped working again.

This experience made me question whether if the fault is really at faulty resistors/MOSFET at the Kessy unit because if they're faulty, my keyless shouldn't worked at all.

Here are the error codes:

00181 - Access/Start Authorization Antenna (in Rear bumper) (R136)
011 - Open Circuit
00182 - Luggage Compartment Access/Start Authorization Antenna (R137)
011 - Open Circuit
00183 - Interior Access/Start Authorization Antenna 1 (R138)
011 - Open Circuit
