Can anyone diagnose this noise coming from the engine bay?

Insufficient coolant light came on, so I opened the engine bay and heard this noise. Any ideas?

Hi, if it was mine i'd check the belt and pully's . Spray a touch of wd40 on the belt if the noise goes away change the belt.
