Intermittent fault with seat

Hi guys

New member so apologies in advance for any errors!

I have a 2004 Continental GT and the passenger seat has an intermittent fault whereby sometimes it just won't work at all and other times it will work fine.

The previous owner had this looked at it seems and some work was done but the problem is still there

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Thanks

A guess would be that your previous post about the battery is also causing this issue, the Bentley is very sensitive to voltage issues.

Hopefully that's all it is, as I found some paperwork from the previous owner showing that he took it into Bentley and they thought it could be a control unit within the seat that needs replacing, to the tune of about £1000!!!

We'll see soon.......

Even if it is just a battery you can easily spend $900 usd. for 1 battery. Good luck hope it is something simple for you ;-)

Thanks buddy. New battery cost me £132 with a 5 year warranty on it. Hopefully that'll cure 99% of the small issues I've been having.
