I'm a new owner of a 2019 V8 Bentayga. I love the car.

Although I'm an engineer and a techy, I contacted Bentley USA and asked for some tech support. I was shocked when they told me that they don't offer support. They told me to ask the service dept of my dealer for help. So I did. They promised to have their "Bentley Guy" call me that day. It's been a week but no "guy". Meanwhile I've bugged my salesman to find me that guy and there have been many promises but no "guy".

For example, I asked for a way to program the air suspension so that the car lowers for entry and exit when shut off. I've also asked how to switch live traffic info on to show congestion on the navigation map.
