So I purchased a 2005 GT in Chicago with 84k miles. It came with the chrome 19” wheels, which were fine, but I wanted to update the car just a bit. I went with 22” staggered (diameter is the same front/back) based on the suggestion of some members. I am glad I took their advice. I also added the W12 side logos and the new Bentley logo on the decklid. Very happy with the results!

The Romans I knew in Chicago went to Latin School of Chicago😉.
Good to see Chicago owners of a wonderful car. When liveing in Chicago I hardly ever saw a Bentley or Rolls. Unless I visited my friends at Harry Woodorth automobiles, since closed.
The car has 84k but it looks like new and drives like it too. Perillo was exceptional and I couldn’t say enough good things about them. The car itself far exceeded my expectations. I know the spoiler was an add-on but I thought the surrounds on the taillights was standard. I’ve owned some pretty nice cars over the years but this is by far my favorite. To make it even better, I’ve lived here for nine years and never seen another Bentley. There isn’t a lot of culture in this area. People will pay $80,000 for a new pickup that will be with $10,000 in a couple years and not think twice. Honestly, it blows my mind.
I bought a Ghost from that dealership. I dealt with Joe Perillo owner. It was a great experience and he took care of all the shipping both my trade in and the RR delivered to me in Florida. Wishing you all the best with your Bentley. My Bentley has been trouble free.
I've never understood this worry about higher mileage models? Can someone explain it to me. 84k is nothing for this car. I would expect it to drive like new

Enjoy it. She's a beauty!!!
Absolutely, opportunity comes knocking. New car warranties are nice but they come at a price.

Are nice and I'm not that convinced often come up with the goods. I tend to find you either have a problem occur very early on (which would probably be covered on a second hand warranty as per buying regs) or literally 24 hours after the warranty ends.
A nice second hand example can in fact be a better choice The weaker parts are already replaced, for one

Well-put. The key to success here is finding the right vehicle from the right seller who took care of their vehicle.👍 Sometimes paying a little more and buying from a reputable dealer results in a good experience.
