Hi all about a year ago i purchased a bentley eight 1984 from someone selling due to losing a garage ,
the car was running but with a very rough idle and a blow from from one of the exhaust ,
it had a few minor problems such as the central locking working except on 1 door ,
electric window on drivers door very is slow and it was a small price paid £4500
and i hoped that my mechanic who looks after my car and van would be able to remedy these,
and then this is when i relasied that these beautiful cars need someone with experience as when my guy saw he
said it was out of his comfort zone, and i didnt want to go to bentley as im sure they would probably wipe out what i paid for the car before id even got to the counter ,
so i mot it and put into classic car storage in tunbridge wells and wondered if anyone knew of mechanic or enthusiast local to kent which would be able to look at the car and give me a idea of what cost would be in involved to get her purring again or any advice or pointers would be really appreciated as im bit lost as on a way forward .

ok thanks for that im away for a couple of weeks on tuesday but when i get back ill check out the sydenham probably as its nearer to me begin with ,
