Anyone knows anything the rear seat remote? The small tablet that pops out for rear Ac

It wasn’t working when I got the car, it was bought from out of state. Took it to service and they fixed it.

Now it it stopped working again. It is enabled at the main console

 

Same problem with mine you ever figure it out?

 

Hello everyone I was having the same issue with my 2017 Bentley Bentayga. After doing some research I see there’s a rechargeable battery inside of the remote. It’s possible this battery is no longer rechargeable and needs to change. I’m gonna see if I get one.

 

There’s also an android charging port on. Use a pin needle to take off cover to expose the battery and charging port.
