Rick Cell is infamous around these parts
I took the car to my local Bentley dealer here and they discovered that the tech that installed the new overhead lighting assembly at the previous Bentley dealer did not program the new part to the car. The new part contains a module. Once they programmed it everything worked as it should. I am very pleased with the results.
