My car starts then shuts down after 20 seconds. If I close relay B the car will run and drive fine. But I can’t leave it like that because pump will keep running with car off

Have you checked the 2 ECM's under the hood at the firewall for any wetness or corrosion of pins on plugs, also being it is shown in the schematic, I would check the passenger side floor board for wetness as that is where the front body control module is located, under the carpet in a black box.
Hello LOP,
Please tell us where you are located so we know if we are dealing with a USA model 2010, or a Euro model 2010, as the Euro 2010 would have the USA 2011 setup, from all my reading as I stated earlier, the US spec 2010 FS does not have the fuel control module that you pictured, but the 2011 FS does, and on said 2011 FS there are actually 2 fuel control modules, and they are both located on the underbody by the rear axle as stated in the attached pictures of diagrams, known as "J538" and "J835".
Okay,
If you can just to be sure as to double check the info I have, get the car in the air and see if you can locate the 2 fuel control modules (like the one you pictured) by the rear axle, I don't think they will be there, but let's make sure the info is correct.
I know on tearing down both vehicles I never saw anything like the module you pictured, I always wondered though on my B and the Audi A8L W12 what would happen in a collision, what would kill the fuel pumps, I know back in the late 80's -90's when I worked on Caddys and Lincolns with electric fuel pumps, the Lincolns had a crash/shock box in the drivers rear of the trunk that if it took a strong shock/hit to the vehicle the reset button would pop killing fuel supply power, I wonder where that protection is in the Bentleys.
Have you had any else happen prior to this failing to run ?

No scientific reasons for this, but I had similar behavior on other cars.. Have you checked out the connections/functionality of the mass air flow sensor or o2 sensor?
Can't explain the relation to the rubber banded fuel pump relay, so ruling out throttle position sensors.
a few months ago I was driving about 40mph and tried to accelerate and nothing, then while my foot was still down car took off like a rabbit with w12 in it.
My wife told me that happened to her as well.

I was on the phone to Flying Spares yesterday for a part i needed & mentioned your problem, the chap told me the unit you are mentioning wasn't fitted to GT / Spurs before 2011... So this relates to what Johnny mentioned not seeing this module when re-building his GT ...
