Bumpers

I went to check on my car today and they are getting around to doing pre-checks before they start working on it. I was told that they want to make sure that it’s going to fit. Then I remembered this post :

You can see it in the preview stills in the 2 youtube clips above. The older model is more curved and smooth to the hood and the newer one is more vertical, squared off. If you look at the body seams where the headlights meet, you can see the larger triangular shape just above the headlights, behind the top corners of the grill, on the newer model.

I have the 1st gen, but the newer 08+ looks better to me. (a bit more presence)

edit, also 08 speed has the newer style steering wheel also, which is another plus in my book.
I have a 06 and the bumper is for an 08 Speed. I’ve read where it doesn’t matter, from 04 to 10 will fit and Scuderia’s site said it fits the same yr. Does the Speed version have a slightly different shape to where some slight modifications may have to be done? It’s an OEM bumper.

Since several folks have installed an OEM supersports bumper without modification, I'm thinking it should be no problem for the speed bumper as well.

recall reading there may be an unnoticeable difference in panel gap below the grill.
