I've recently replaced all interior halogen bulbs in my car to LED type and I found out that my rear courtesy lamp is not working.
When I push the button to turn on rear interior lamps, only two lamps under the front seats work, the courtesy won't turn on (check out clip below)
I checked and all 3 festoon halogen bulbs are still fine, the switch is also fine, as it still can turn on the lamps under the front seats.
Is there a specific fuse, or plug or anywhere else I should check? I read the manual and it seems there is only fuse #35 for all interior lamps
Well it seems as if one if the contacts is broken. Take it down and using a multimeter on continuity check from the switch to each side of the tabs. The wire that leads to the light could have a small break in it inside the insulation.

I took down the top module and check all the switchs, wires and they are all fine, no broken.
I turn on one reading lamp and check its positive wire and the negative wire of the courtesy lamp, the voltage meter reads over 9V. So I guess the negative wire of the courtesy lamp is okay.
I turn on the courtesy lamp, only 2 lamps under the front seats turn on, the voltage meter show 0V at the (+) and (-) wires of courtesy lamp.
So does this mean the postive wire is broken somewhere from the control module / fuse to the top module?
Where can I find the other side of the wire to the rear top module?

I’m not as knowledgeable as others here on the wiring of our cars but as a electrician, if something is wired in parallel and one of the objects doesn’t work, work your way backwards to find the problem. If the switch turns on the bottom two lights but not the overhead one, start there. Just working with the light that doesn’t work, trace the wires back till you get voltage. It could even be on the board like a resistor went bad or something. Have the board traced out also.
