Hi all
l have a 05 Bentley Continental GT and have a error code 01134 Alarm horn (H12) 004-No signal/communication. My alarm siren stopped working some time ago so I think this may be related? Could anyone tell me the location of the siren so I can access it to change or repair, any assistance would be gratefully appreciated
many thanks
Well, he has a key and a OBD2 scanner and the correct code for the horn not working, so if he's intending on stealing the Bentley after starting it up, plugging in the scanner and faking an alarm error, maybe you're right, we shouldn't tell him where the alarm horn is.
I get both side of what you guys are saying. I guess this is why when I had this problem it took a while for answers to my question. I’ll be the bad guy because I was once in his shoes needing help.
Its under the lining of the rear left wheel. I changed mines thinking it was bad but found out whomever had the car before me had the chirps muted for the lock and unlock.

Hi, thanks for the replies and I understand the concern, but really appreciate the help. I will take a look at the back of the wheel arch and check the chirps, Thanks again
Hello @Dark Green ,
I understand your concern, but..
As the siren is not easily accessible be it in either of the 3 locations it can be installed in RHD VS. LHD, meaning, one would have to remove the rear tire and liner to gain access, and the other 2 available locations are under the hood/bonnet, which requires getting the hood/bonnet open, then removing the wiper arms to remove the scuttle cover to gain access to the siren, if someone has not heard it in the time it would take to reach said siren, it's to late already....
So, here is a diagram of the 2005 LHD vs RHD locations for the siren.
Don't worry you can probably get a remote control device to do that for you too. It will save you breaking a finger nail or breaking into too much of a sweat.
@Dark Green ,
What is you issue with this thread or the other about the remote start, people are asking for help for their questions, NOT what you think they should do with their vehicles.
