Done theses as well .Sorry not many pics .Bought them for £200 each of eBay .They are unique to the GT so very expensive.
The rears are a cross part with many Audi ,VW and BMW so cheap as chips .Fronts vary from £450 each upwards.
Plenty of Audi u tube vids .Just 4 bolts , two for caliper two more for the carrier .You have to remove this with the fronts .
Same little screw for the disk .
Finished + fitted You need to remove the carrier here as the disks are so big .You need a 21 mm socket with a long breaker bar the carrier bolts are ridiculously 150nm torqued up .Turn the steering wheel to get the bar length in .I split a socket at first so went and bought a much stronger impact wrench one guaranteed not to split . Two easy bolts to remove the “ floating caliper “ placed on a bucket to ease tension on the lines . Pads were fine .To replace simply pop them out . Pic shows the hub cleaned up waxoiled ready for the new disks
old ones off .
Apart from the carrier bolts pretty easy std VAG brakes .
I reckon a professional would take 15 mins tops to do a disk + pads once the wheels are off .
1 hr for all four ! ......not sure how much they bill you for if it’s already up on a lift with the wheels off for say fresh brake fluid or a simple inspection??
Or how much they bill you for the parts either ,
I have replaced front + rear disks for £400 + €80 only .......I will do the pads when they are ready .Easy enough.
