Can I use a RT hand drive steering wheel on a LFT hand drive car?

So I want to upgrade my steering wheel and have found a few in the UK.. right hand cars.. anyone know if they work on a left hand drive car?
I am in the USA.

Hello Rudy,
That is an interesting question, I would think that if all of the buttons/switches are in the same location, it would be the same as US version.

What do the part numbers show ?
