Hi, I just picked up my 2012 Continental GT and the metal trim pieces on the steering wheel are scratched up from someone's ring most likely. Has anyone tried to buff these or have any idea how to polish them? I do have metal polish but not sure how to proceed without damaging anything. How on earth can someone be this careless and clumsy??

Just use a gentle rubbing compound like T-cut, rub on, let it dry for 5 minutes, then wipe off - that'll work.
