Bentley GT 05 strange problem

Hi there,

I am having the weirdest situation with my car, this is my 3rd time to replace both batteries and they keep dying after a week or so if car not being used, I had a quick lookup and couldn’t locate any power leakage my self, the only amps going out from the car while off is from this cable in the picture attached circled in white.
This screw I guess is for the alarm system, so any clue what is going wrong with the car?

P.S No usb/cable charger connected at all.

Below is an excellent video on how to find what module/component is the culprit. Cliff notes: with the car off, you probe all the fuses with a multi meter.

i used a multimeter and here is the results

I unplugged every fuse I could find under the hood/driver side and in rear trunk, yet the numbers will not go down
same procedure applied on the right side battery

do not know what else should I do now !!

Isn't that reading 29.4 *micro* Amps? Or is there something I don't get about how to read your meter?
That's *nothing*. My back of a beer mat calculation indicates that you'd drain your battery in about 32 years.....

I agree that the screen is indicating a measurement in micro Amps, but as the red lead is not actually plugged into the micro Amps socket on the meter, and is instead plugged into the Amps socket, then it's very difficult to guess exactly what scale the meter is reading.
