Hit a Pothole, Help with a Creaking Front Suspension

Continental GT. So I hit a pothole and a few days later the same wheel (front left) starts creaking. At first I Thought the noise was coming from behind the dash.

It can be reproduced by going over my driveway bump, and very slightly, sometimes, by turning the steering wheel. Pushing on the front end does not replicate the sound.

I took the wheel off and inspected everything. No play at at all when shaking 12/6 or 3/9. Ball joint covers are all healthy. Nothing else visually apparent.

While I've learned a lot about working on my cars the last few years, I've done nothing at all with suspension yet. Before I start throwing parts at it, any suggestions on what or how I could diagnose?

Someone may have a better idea but if this was my issue, I would jack it up with a second person to slide under it (if you have access to a lift it would be better. Don’t forget to put it in jack mode). Use another jack or some type of leverage if your not strong enough to move the tire up and down till you hear the sound. It sounds like one of the control arms took that hit to personally. But again, someone may come in with a way better idea on what it may be.

Thanks, I have two cars on lifts waiting for parts and once I can get one of them off I'll put the Bentley on and inspect from there. I've narrowed down the noise to an incline and one wheel at a time. Like going up my driveway curb.

Train tracks, road bumps, nothing. But going up my driveway curb at an angle is creak creak
