I can't find photos of cars with vents behind the front wheels - it's registered as a supersports and I wonder if this is a sub series?

 

Those are vented fenders, which used to be available on the Bentley website and flying spares. Still may be.

Thanks Sam, it's definitely a supersports, I think you are right on the vented wings. I can't find any other supersports with this option on auto trader UK so perhaps quite rare.

 

I would guess either a bespoke option at the time of purchase, or an upgrade after the purchase. Since the vented wings were much less costly than the regular ones, it's an attractive option for those who may have had body damage, as it was less costly for 2 vented wings than one non-vented one. Strange to me, as I would think the vented ones would be more desireable.

One group who does 'supersports conversions' of standard models with bumper upgrades does put these on their models. If your intake manifold is black instead of silver, you have the real deal. If it's silver, someone likely did a conversion.

Thank you for the link. It's definitely a supersports as I bought it from a bentley dealer. I can't see any other UK cars with this feature as supersports or gtc. Looks factory fitted and I'm pleased with the look.
