Matte / flat black paint job from the factory?

A new Bentley has become available for sale in Sweden. It's a 2009 model with what the car dealer is claiming to be a "Frozen black edition" paint job. "NOT to be confused with a vinyl wrap."

Here are a couple of current links, however long they remain active:

EDIT: I removed the listing links.

I find it very unlikely that Bentley could have offered a flat black paint job in 2009, as it seems that it is only the newer/higher models of Mercedes etc that even offer matte / flat paint jobs as part of their custom orders nowadays. Do you guys know anything about it?

The VIN is SCBCF63WX9C060199, in case anyone can get some information from that?

I will also attach some pictures, since I don't know how long the listings remain online.

P.S. I honestly kinda like the whole color scheme of the car, so I'm not being a hater. I'm just curious if it could be an original!

I've a friend in Scottsdale who ordered a 2009 Continental from the factory with this exact same paint as a special order. The paint was a $30,000 USD option, he told me. I am not sure it showed up on documentation anywhere, but Bentley offered (at least at the time) you could specify any color as a special order and they would paint it for a cost.

Wow, a flat paint job back in 2009 - I had no idea! I honestly thought that was a newer concept. Thanks for that info!
