OK, it appears that my "New" bag isn't holding air at all. Or something else is leaking at the right front wheel. Without the engine running I could hear air escaping from the front strut while doing the output test. Tomorrow I will do another soapy water test and figure out exactly where but I suspect that the "New" bag that I installed is a POS and is leaking.

Oh, and Johnny, I went through the block and WAS getting air to the right front. Hopefully I have found my problem with the leak

It's the airbag. The new one that is leaking.

This has cost me untold hours of diagnostics and headaches. It would be nice to actually get a NEW part that doesn't leak, but that's where I am. HUGE shoutout to Johnny for his help yesterday. Without it I would still be scratching my head. So now I am in search of a right front air-strut.

Replaced the right front strut. All fixed.
