Hello @Sikander ,
Welcome aboard !

As to your issues, I am not sure where you are getting any fault with # 71 (battery charger), also there is no "DC converter", and the item you have pictured is not the battery charger, that is the parallel solenoid for putting both (+) positives of the two batteries together in parallel, for when either your house battery, or starter battery are low or dead, this parallel solenoid switch allows the vehicle to start by tying the two batteries together, the battery charger/control module is located behind the house battery on the left hand side facing the rear of the vehicle, I do not use Autel to scan, I use Ross-Tech VCDS and or VAS 5054 / ODIS, regardless, your picture of the scan does not mention #71 at all, it says that you have a "short circuit to ground" on "terminal 30", also the Autel calls it a "switch over" relay, the parallel solenoid switch does NOT switch over from one battery or the other, it puts them both in parallel together, this multiplies the amperage while maintaining standard voltage, so the language of switch over is misleading, and wrong.

Please tell us the age and charge status of each battery, or if you have had either load tested, has the vehicle been jump started recently, any other issues leading up to this issue, anyone working in the trunk/boot at all ?

Have you checked all the flat fuses in the box on top of the starter battery, have you checked all of the mega fuses on the house battery ?

As to the 100 relay, i would open it up to check the condition of the contact points to be sure they haven't fused together, therefore keeping the circuit live and overheating.

Johnny

Thank you very much for replying and guide me properly actually I am not sure the names of item it's solenoid sorry if I make some misunderstanding.
I checked all the fuse properly all is ok no problem and batteries are also new checked with load.
Recently I changed gearbox/transmission before 3 months and after finishing work I scanned all things and clear code etc everything fine no issue driving smoothly starting is good no 71 error but before 2 weeks I tried to scanned again with autel the new error showing 71 then I check the right battery it's not charging.but other all things are fine I bought new battery also mistakenly.
yesterday I checked all the wires are also ok no damage.
You shared 1 picture of Bosch (it's computer kit or relay) did you suggest have problem there? because the second wire of solenoid comes from this kit and that one is not working (red+yellow).
And you said both are + then why solenoid works when I gave 1+and 1-?
These all my questions don't think I judge or anything.
Thanks
Sikander.

before I replied but I need to add more answers of your questions.
The load test I done after took out battery and jump start I can do after when the battery is not charging abd about voltages when I start my car the house battery voltage is going up around 14v(not exactly but going up) but the starter battery voltage is still same 12.7v or something (means showing same as without start the car). Yesterday that I found 100 relay is hotter then normal and after switching off the car (around 2 minutes)the click sound comes from both things 100 relay and solenoid together.
