I am replacing the interior lighting with LED's on 2006 GT. Any tips on how to remove the make-up light covers over the visors. I got to most of the others but these have me stumped.

Update: I did some research and it appears that there is a metal spring on one end of the light housing. I tried to push in the metal clip with a small screwdriver but no luck. I fear the spring is above the headliner with no real way to apply pressure to it to get the housing to release from the headliner. The headliner was replaced just before I bought the car and I don't want to damage it. I am going to try to call the car interior shop that replaced the headliner to see if they have any ideas or can help out. I will post what I find out.
