Module recognition?

Hi all,
Found this in the boot/trunk has any one got an idea what it is.
The module would seem to have its own power and an Orange led flashing.

The nearest I can come up with help from Google Lense is TrakStar, tracker module.
Google lense is only 50% sure but it does look like the pictures.
Any one ??

It certainly looks like a tracker module, but if you can remove what appears to be foam padding, then maybe there are some part number on what looks to be a white label.

It's been stuck so long the paper just comes off with it. I had it in the kitchen for the last 48hrs and the internal battery is now flat (Orange LED stopped flashing).
