Data plan in my 2022 Bentley Bentayga has expired after 2 year free period. I have purchased new plan with Cubic Telecom, but my car seem to have no connection to the internet. I am no able to connect it to the app on my phone, I cannot delete main user. I can never get more than 1-2 bars of signal in my car's built in sim card.

I have contacted Bentley support, but they were not able to help. My local dealer was not about to fix it either. Did anyone else have similar issue with their car?

As to your issue, I have no first hand knowledge as to the Bentayga, but, to clarify your comments and hopefully find some solution, I ask the following.

Was all in working order prior to the end of free period, did you have full signal and internet access before, who was the prior service with, the same Cubic Telecom, and, are you the original main user ?

I find it odd that the local Bentley dealership cannot clear the main user if you are not the original owner, do you have an owners manual ?
