Question 2007 Bentley Continental GT Leak from Undercarriage

Started to notice fluid leak from my car's undercarriage.
- 2007 Bentley Continental GT
- Fluid appears to be CLEAR and NO SMELL. I think it is water.
- Leak is roughly on the front passenger side, right behind the front wheel.
- Don't think I have the leak all the time.
- For example, today I drove roughly 20min, when stopped, it is dripping at roughly 1 drop every few seconds.
- Attached photos.

Any idea what is leaking? Is it just condensation? Anything I should check or worry about? Thank you!

Hello @minming ,
Just for clarification, I believe that you have the passenger side and driver's side reversed, as you are in USA / California and would have a LHD vehicle, am I correct in my assumption ?

As to your concern, I would think it to be just condensation from the HVAC system drains, as you have one on each side of the transmission tunnel, there is also a cowl drain in the center of said cowl for rain water / car wash etc that drips down onto the top of the transmission, depending on the temperature in Oakland I would think it to be condensation, if it is, I would check why it is not dripping from both sides of the transmission areas, as the right side (sitting in the vehicle / passenger side) may be clogged, you can pull the carpet back to remove the rubber tube for inspection of any clogging.

While checking the drains, might as well check the rear spoiler/bootlid drains for preventive maintenance.

Thank you Johnny for the detailed response. I double checked the leak again on the cardboard, and today, the fluid is pink-ish color. Maybe it is coolant leak?

I suspect that maybe I've seen the condensation earlier, and I also have coolant leak issue.

Any advice on common coolant leak issues on 06 Continental, and potential troubleshooting steps?
