Whats up guys. My mom is getting a new car VERY SOON and im dying for her to get this 335. My buddy has one (stock) and its a sweet car. But im reading up on this car. With the TT its so MODABLE which is cool. Ive read about this JUICEBOX V2 which is ONLY 379 dollars and this is producing 4.2 0 - 60 times and 12.8 @ 112 mph times i also read one guy got a 3.8 0 - 60 time(gotta see to believe that) haha this has to be the greatest mod EVER. Anyone exp this Juicebox? Im sure these voids warranty, is there a way you can take it out if you have to go to the dealer? Thanks

The Juice Box, Exede and Procede are all "piggyback" programs to the stock ECU. It does not replace it and that is the real beauty of these products. There are no "check engine" lights and other codes that are thrown with these programs. Its basically plug 'n play. You just connect them to the ECU and when its time to take the car in for service, you unplug them and take the unit out of the car. Would seem to be a bit of a pain in the *** if you are constantly taking the car in for service but there is no trace of the units after it is removed. If you decide to keep it in when the car goes in fro service, the service guys will only locate it if they are looking for it or have a need to access the ECU.

You will not get the car sideways without an LSD. The inside tire will just go up in smoke. That was my main complaint with my 550i, no hooligan moves!

It will still be a fun car though.

I think ones definition of fun comes into play with this question...

Personally, I find the car "entertaining" in that it has gobs of power and is smoother than Frank...its also quite an attractive exterior and is great eye candy for sure.

But according to my definition of "fun" I would say no as I prefer a slightly more wild ride than what the 335 really has to offer...that said to most, Im sure they would say its pretty fun...

cars without LSD aren't much fun. luckily, Quaife and Hartge make LSD's for the 335i.

My friend's mom also just picked one up, a cabriolet, what a sweet sweet car.

So smooth, beautiful cabin, nice leather, and YES it can definitely get sideways but it's not like you need the car to drift.

but theres only one my of 335s than can have a lsd fit to them...the 08s cant have it done, so anyone who buys an 08 335 is sh*t outta luck for having an lsd in their car. unless the release a new one.

I test drove the car and to be honest with you, it doesn't have the boost feeling that a Supra may have, or even a 996TT (which IMO has less lag than the Supra). That being said, it is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for the turbo feeling (which is really just lag that people enjoy), I'd say not the 335.
