let me ask you this...why did they call them the LM-Rs? they look more like the CH wheel than anything else, certainly dont resemble the LM.

 

bit better but those rims dont belong to that car for sure or is it other way around?

 

i think i agree. m5 for sure for me if i do a sedan. maybe a QP.



edit: so what have we learned here boys and girls? we have learned that if we play in photochop enough we can make the new m3 look good. excellent. but seriously, i will wait to pass final judgment till i see one on the street.

Meh. the wheels don't look great with it. The LM-R's don't look anything like the LM's which are a classic!

As I said in another post I like the E92 better than the E92 M3's. I think they really didn't spend too much time with the E92 M3 to set them apart. They made them look uglier than the 335. Too bad.

 

here...the REAL LM's...and the last breed of sexy looking m3s...

 

Well I never confessed to be "Mr Photoshop" but do you really need to rag on me on other forums b/c I didn't such a great photoshop job?

Rims are small, swollen and seem out of perspective.

Ride height is abnormally high, and awkward for a performance sedan.

Upon further examination there appears to be a tumor or other abnormal growth on the medial aspect of the hood. I'd prefer we get this specimen biopsied and sent to pathology to check for malignant changes before any risk of metastasis.

BTW, I am just being a dork, I think it looks good!

I am really starting to think that : E92 335i (proceded + mods) > E46 M3 > E92 M3. That will be the case until they throw a twin turbo into the V8.

 

PS can be a PITA, but at least you are trying. Its really hard to find rims that are in the right perspective and lighting.

Just blame the program, or impress people by saying that you managed to do the photo-chop using MS paint or something.
