I do believe also they will take a small plunge due to the new 335 making great power but will taper off and stabilze after the introduction of the new M3
I think the ZCP suspension is the same as all 05+ M3s.
Just different steering ratio, rotors, shift boot, interior trim, steering wheel, wheels, and no CC or steering wheel audio controls.

I think the 335i is responsible for most of the depreciation. The e92M will push it down a little more, but it will stabilize. I hope to buy one soon.

I bought my 2003.5 M3 (6/03 production) with 37k miles 10/05 for $38,900 w/CPO.

Today, I would guess the same car with 75k miles and CPO through 8/09 is probably worth $28,900 retail and $23-24k trade-in. I will probably sell mine in the next 6-12 months, perhaps earlier.

Overall, it seems the depreciation is slowing and will level off. I predict values will stabilize in the high teens/low 20s for the earlier years, low to mid 20s for the later years.

I'm giving serious thought to just keeping mine. I like the new E92's but haven't tired yet of looking at or driving the E46 M3...
