i want to get some wheel spacers for the M to improve the stance. i just dont know which mm to go with? and should i do front and rear?

Have you considered measuring right on your car? I'd say you'd want to push it out just shy of the fender overhang. Be sure to get hubcentric spacers (ie. H&R TRAK+ spacers).
