I'm loving the direct injection setup, should be crazy efficient and very easy to tune.

And the fact that from the turbo outlet to the head is under 4' total run it bad ***.

Swaping turbos might be interesting, doesn't have quite enough primary length there to really use a big turbo up top. When someone makes a nice aftermarket header that will be money.

dsb is on a distinguished road
1) That is a sweet looking, very innovative engine.

2) That might be the only thing to make the X6 attractive. I guess the saying is true... It's what's on the inside that counts.

Very cool idea. The direct injection is cool and I'm really glad that the technology is catching on. The only thing that bugs me is that with those relatively small turbos mounted on top of the engine like that, in order to swap them out for bigger units, you'll most likely need to cut up the hood. I'm not sure how headers would help since the exhaust exits into what is essentially the middle of the V. Should be interesting to see how the tuners react to the engine. On the plus side, even without swapping the turbos, a chip and exhaust ought to make a fairly significant difference with this engine.
