looked for 328 for my wife yest. mcKenna Bmw internet sales mgr , Raj, was a huge jerk. wasn't listening on simple stuff like "how much you want to put down?" he asked me like 3 times when i first met him, within 2 mins after i clearly answered him the 1st time.

and totally was being a putz, trying to get me to buy a car at his price. telling me his cost/invoice profit was 1k from msrp. he was such a doof that i didnt even draw my claws, just wanted the wife to try out the 328 vs 335. my wife was so mad--- she normally doesnt get ticked off by this kinda stuff.

btw, they are loaded w/ coupes and sedans there.. so prob acting like that b/c 4th of Jan and no incentive to sell cars this early in month, but they wont get any referrals from me for not being cool.

oh and i think Trovan said, they posted a 10k off msrp on a new m5 and was trying to pawn off a used one on him w/ 700 miles. wtf?!

so just to tell you guys, if anyone likes has a good contact at another place, please lemme know. trying to lease a 328i! thx much!

 

I was there yesterday detailing a new GT3 for a client. The dealership has a certain vibe...I'll keep a gentleman's silence. Sorry to hear about your bad experience. If you're willing to drive, go to Alhambra at Century BMW and ask for Tom Bourland...tell him Moe sent you. He's a nice guy and will treat you right.

mckenna tried to tell me that 7K off MSRP on a M5 is not possible because that is below their cost. i have a firm deal somewhere else for 7K which i know is no BS. then i was told that i was been fooled. having bought more than 10 BMWs this decade, i think i know what i am doing. mabye they are buying their cars from the wrong place!!

oh, their 700 miles car that was taken back by the bank will only get you 5k off. i could've convince them that is is a used car that was sold and titled in october!!

 

mckenna always say that they can't do such a thing (like giving discounts)
since they don't have any profit at all. i'd never deal with mckenna personally...

Newtonold, You can try New Century BMW and ask for Tai Yang, tell him Howie sent you. He is a manager there, he always give me and my friends the best deal and excellent service. You can't find anywhere else can get a car as easy as from him. I highly recommened him and for sure you won't go wrong.
