Details on the DCT tranny? How is it? Is it an improvement over SMG? Is it comparable to DSG (is that what it's called, it's been awhile ..) ala VW?

 

beautiful ride. i, too, am interested in ur impression of the DCT compared to SMG. congrats on the ride.

 

drove the car yesturday ,all i can say is wow with the new trans very impressed!!!!!! not so jerky as the older smg tranny.The car is way faster over 6speed,and damn i can downshift all day feels like im driving a f1 car!!!!!!

cant wait till all the goodies come in the car is going to look bananas!!!!!

 

10x better than the smg after driving the dct i wouldnt even consider the 6 speed

the funny thing about that plate is i really didnt order it like that, its just how it came

 

Does the extended leather option include a leather dash? If so, can you take pictures of it? I have not seen the leather dash everyone claims to have with the extended leather option. As far I know it's just the center console and door area that has leather with the extended leather option.

Extended leather is on the lower half of the dash ie. Under the steering wheel and the glovebox.
