I'm looking to get something to use primarily for track days. I can't do a Porsche because I'm 6'5" tall and don't fit with a helmet on. Thinking of an M3, S4 or possibly M5, but I'd like to keep the cost down. I'm not familiar enough with these cars to know pros and cons of the different years or which would be best (and why). Your help is appreciated!

Yes. I know some guys with S4's that run at Audi Club track days and swear by the AWD.
